No, your account number has not changed; it has remained the same throughout.
You can continue to sign in with the same username, which is now known as an Optimum ID, and password as you did with Suddenlink.
If we were unable to change your username for some reason, a new one was chosen and sent to you in August.

What changes will be made to my Internet service starting on August 1? While your speed will stay the same, there won’t be any more fees for going over your data allowance. Additionally, your Internet service will display differently on your bill. For instance, it will now be listed as 100 Mbps Internet rather than Suddenlink 100.
