Payment Due Date
The 20th day following the billing statement date is the deadline for payment. Your billing statement’s upper right corner displays the due date.
Reminder Notice & Fee
A $5 late payment fee is added if the payment is not received by the due date. 00 notice fee is assessed.
Past Due Notice & Fee
Accounts that are unpaid by the Reminder Notice deadline get a $10 late fee and a Past Due notice in the mail. 00 late fee assessed.
Shut-Off & Fee

Unauthorized Service Restoration Penalty
A $300 fine for Unauthorized Service Restoration will be imposed on anyone who turns on the service other than Sunrise Staff.
