Billing Date
Usually, bills are released between the 23rd and the 25th of the month. Variations happen as a result of meter reading times and rereads.
Payment Due Date
The 20th day following the billing statement date is the deadline for payment. Your billing statement’s upper right corner displays the due date.
Reminder Notice & Fee
A $5 late payment fee is added if the payment is not received by the due date. 00 notice fee is assessed.
Past Due Notice & Fee
Accounts that are unpaid by the Reminder Notice deadline get a $10 late fee and a Past Due notice in the mail. 00 late fee assessed.
Shut-Off & Fee
To avoid disruption of service and a $40. 00 fee, a payment must be received by 8:00 a. m. on the due date shown on the past due notice.
Service Restoration
Service restoration will be free of charge during business hours. If service is restored after hours, a $200 after-hours non-emergency service fee will be charged. 00.
Unauthorized Service Restoration Penalty
A $300 fine for Unauthorized Service Restoration will be imposed on anyone who turns on the service other than Sunrise Staff. Any meter tampering that takes place after the imposition of a penalty for Unauthorized Service Restoration may result in the removal of the meter. The delinquent account will be increased to include the actual meter removal costs.

- To compare your current bill with previous bills from the same time period, log on to Online Bill Pay.
- Ask for a reread to rule out any meter reading errors if the consumption pattern has remained consistent up until recent bills.
