The answer is that, if you are not enrolled in Digital Banking, we also provide a number of ways for you to manage and pay TDECU credit cards through the Make a Payment service.

Make a payment using an account from another financial institution
You can pay your TDECU loan or credit card using our Make a Payment service and a checking or debit account from another financial institution. You cannot use a credit card to make a payment. Prior to 6:00 PM CST on any business day, payments will post to your account that day. After this time, payments will post to your account the following business day.
To make a payment using your TDECU account, sign in to TDECU Digital Banking. You can use the payment form to fulfill your loan or credit card payment or transfer money between accounts.
