TID has agreements with a number of neighborhood businesses to accept payments on behalf of the District as authorized pay stations in order to make paying bills convenient for all of our clients. Payments made at these places are almost immediately reflected on your account.
Please remember that only cash or checks are accepted at TID-authorized pay stations.

Unfortunately, a large number of our clients use non-official TID Pay Stations to pay their bills online or at other retail establishments. Due to the fact that TID frequently receives these payments days or even weeks after they are made, this can occasionally result in your payment being late and/or your service being disconnected. Please pay your TID electric bill at one of the TID authorized pay locations listed above, or at one of our customer service locations in Turlock, Ceres, or Patterson to make sure your payment is applied to your TID account on time.

Does TID have autopay?
With automated bill payment, you can give us permission to automatically withdraw money from your bank, savings and loan, or credit union account each month to pay your TID bill. You will still get a statement every month, and your Automated Bill Pay payment will be taken out two business days before the due date.
