Fill out the Leak Adjustment Form to ask for a leak adjustment on your utility bill.

For a fee of $75, after-hours reconnections required by a non-payment cutoff are only available from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on the day of the disconnect. 00. To retain services, the past due balance and all fees must be paid in full by noon on the following business day.

Once the past-due balance and all fees are paid, any request for reconnection after the date of disconnection will be handled during regular business hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
