The Wayne County Water & Sewer Authority uses a third party bill payment service called Paymentus. To make a water bill payment through Paymentus online click the button below to be transferred to the secure Paymentus site and pay with a credit or debit card (MasterCard, VISA or Discover) or ACH electronic check for a fee of $95 per transaction. Each transaction is limited to $200. If your water bill is higher than $200, you must make more than one payment. Also, if you have more than one water account, each payment is a separate transaction.
In the parking lot of our Operations Center at 3377 Daansen Road in Walworth, we have a secure drop box. Customers of Dobbins Drugs in Lyons can use a secure drop box by the pharmacy in the store’s back area. Behind the Sodus Municipal Building in the parking lot is a secure drop box for residents of Sodus.
Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to noon, the Authority’s office at 3377 Daansen Road in Walworth is open. m. to 4:30 p. m. We accept cash, check or money order. The Macedon, Marion, and Palmyra Town Halls also accept payments during regular business hours.
Customers of Authority can use a payment service provided by Paymentus, an independent business. Paymentus charges a convenience fee to use their service. This fee covers payment handling and processing charges.
