Enter “DEPOSIT” as your invoice number in both boxes if you are making a deposit. Enter your invoice number in both boxes if you are paying an invoice and you know it. Enter your name if you are paying an invoice but do not know the invoice number. It must be identical in both boxes.
Enter your name, email address, and state in the following window. Please enter the service address if you didn’t enter an invoice number.
