Depending on the number of days in the month, a monthly billing cycle can range from 28 to 31 days. Your payment is due on the final day of the billing cycle by 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Your service will be terminated if payment is not received by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the due date.
For accounts with multiple lines, the monthly payment includes the monthly plans and features for each line. This sum might change each month as a result of current account credits, charges, or fees. However, to prevent service interruptions, the account must be paid in full each month.
Call Customer Support at 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538) to modify the due date for your monthly payments. If you don’t make a payment on time and your account is suspended for any reason, your due date will also change. The day you pay to reactivate your service will mark the start of your new billing cycle. Your due date will move to the day before all subsequent billing cycles, which will begin on the same day each month (see graphic above).
Multiple individuals can use Quick Pay, My Account, or the myCricket app to make one-time payments. But you cannot apply a payment toward a specific line. Making sure everyone who uses your account pays their bills on time is in your best interest so that no one is left without service.
