A Quick and Simple Way to Pay Your Electric Bill!
By enrolling, you give your bank permission to work with Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative, Inc. To have your monthly electric bill payment taken out of your checking or savings account, use the code “WREC” You can choose a date within the permitted dates for your billing cycle, or our billing system will assign a payment date (about 10 to 15 days after the bill date).
Your banking details will be pre-authorized after we receive your request to make sure an accurate transaction happens between your bank and the cooperative. This process can take up to 30 days. When this procedure is finished, your bill will state the sum and the day that your payment will be taken out of your bank account.
Call one of our offices at least three days before your transfer date to request a hold on the transfer of funds.
This service is provided free of charge by your cooperative, but there may be bank fees.

For verification, get in touch with your local District office or our General office at 352-567-5133 if you’re contacted in this way but haven’t requested it. Be alert and do not get scammed.
