By default, Xfinity Mobile bills are set on automatic payment. This means that your card will be charged every month for the full amount owed on your bill. The automatic payment date is always 20 days after your billing cycle closes.

If you want to make a one-time payment before your automatic payment date, you can do so by signing in to the Xfinity Mobile app or Xfinity Mobile My Account.

To make a one-time payment through Xfinity Mobile My Account, follow these steps:

  1. Visit xfinity.com/mobile.
  2. Sign in to your account using the Primary user’s Xfinity ID and password.
  3. Select the Billing tab.
  4. Select Make a Payment.
  5. Select the total balance due or enter another amount before selecting Proceed to Payment Method.
  6. You can use your payment method on file with Xfinity Mobile or use a different card.
  7. If you choose to use a different card, you’ll have the option to replace your card on file with the one you’re using.
  8. Review and submit your payment.

To make a one-time payment through the Xfinity Mobile app, follow these steps:

  1. Download or open the Xfinity Mobile app.
  2. Sign in to your account using the Primary user’s Xfinity ID and password.
  3. Select the Billing tab.
  4. Select Make a Payment.
  5. Enter your payment amount and select Continue to Payment Method.
  6. Choose to use your payment method on file with Xfinity Mobile or use a different card.
  7. Review and submit your payment.

If you miss a payment, you will need to pay off your past-due balance to avoid an interruption in service. You may also be charged a late fee on your next billing statement. However, if your payment information stays up to date, you won’t have to worry about missed or late payments.

If paying off a past-due balance seems overwhelming, Xfinity Mobile offers repayment plans to eligible customers. You can manage your payments more easily and keep your Xfinity Mobile service active. They also offer automatic payment deferrals, so you can defer your next automatic payment for one month.

To get started with requesting a repayment plan or deferring your next automatic payment, chat with Xfinity Mobile customer service.
