Paying your Cricket Wireless bill is easy with the variety of payment methods and locations available. You can pay online using My Account or Quick Pay, on the go with the myCricket app, or by phone using the automated payment system or Cricket Support. You can also pay in person at a Cricket store or payment center, or set up automatic payments with Auto Pay. Keep reading to learn more about these convenient bill pay options.
Online Payment Options
To pay your Cricket Wireless bill online, you can use either My Account or Quick Pay. My Account allows you to pay using a credit or debit card, PayPal, or a Cricket Refill Card, while Quick Pay only allows you to pay using a Cricket Refill Card.
To make a payment using My Account, simply sign in, enter your credit or debit card information and the payment amount, accept the terms and conditions, and submit the payment.
To make a payment using Quick Pay, enter your Cricket Refill Card number and follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
Mobile App Payment
You can also pay your Cricket Wireless bill on the go using the myCricket app. The app allows you to pay using a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal, or a Cricket Refill Card.
To make a payment, simply open the app, sign in, and select the Pay Now option at the bottom of the screen. Then, choose your payment method and follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
Phone Payment
If you prefer to pay your Cricket Wireless bill by phone, you can use the automated payment system by dialing *PAY (*729) from your Cricket phone, or call Cricket Support at 1-800-274-2538. Both options allow you to pay using a credit or debit card, Cricket Refill Card, or gift card.
A $4 Customer Assistance Fee applies to phone payments, but this fee is waived for accounts with a Connecticut billing address.
In-Store Payment
You can also pay your Cricket Wireless bill in person at a Cricket store. Payment methods accepted in stores include cash, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, gift cards, and reloadable prepaid credit cards. A $4 Customer Assistance Fee applies to in-store payments, but this fee is waived for payments made in Cricket stores in Connecticut or Vermont.
Payment Center Options
Cricket Wireless also has payment centers available where you can pay your bill in cash. Be sure to bring your account number and be aware that fees may apply.
Automatic Payment
If you want to ensure that you never miss a payment, you can sign up for Auto Pay at the time you sign up for service, or at any time afterwards through My Account or the myCricket app. Auto Pay allows you to set up automatic monthly payments using a credit or debit card, or most reloadable prepaid debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, or American Express logo. Note that gift cards can only be used for one-time payments and can’t be used for Auto Pay.
Payment Types Not Accepted
Cricket Wireless does not currently accept bank account drafts, checks, or money orders as payment methods.
