This system allows you to make a payment using a credit card, debit card, gift card, reloadable prepaid credit card*, Cricket Refill Card, or Service Payment Card.
If you prefer to speak with a representative, you can call Cricket Support at 1-800-274-2538 to make a payment. Payment options are the same as those offered through the automated system.
Please note that a $4 Customer Assistance Fee applies when using either of these phone payment options.
