How does it work?
It’s simple. From the top navigation, select Quick Pay and choose from a variety of payment options including credit and debit cards, Cricket Refill Cards, and Service Payment Cards. And, if you need to make multiple payments, no problem. Just make separate payments for each card.
How are payments applied?
When you use Quick Pay, your payment is applied as a credit to your account which can then be used to pay your monthly service charges on your due date. It’s that easy.
What about accounts with multiple lines?
Quick Pay payments are applied to the overall account, not to a specific line. This means that multiple people on the account can use Quick Pay to make one-time payments, but cannot apply a payment towards a specific line. So, make sure everyone pays on time to avoid service interruptions. And remember, if your account is not paid in full by 11:59 pm Central Time on your due date, all lines on your account will be suspended.
Want to check your account balance?
No problem. Simply log into My Account (https://www.cricketwireless.com/login.html#/) or the myCricket mobile app and your balance will be listed as the Amount Due in the Billing section.
