Cricket may offer payment extensions through BridgePay, as long as the customer is registered with BridgePay and has made their first payment. Note that additional fees and the original terms of BridgePay enrollment may apply.
What is BridgePay?
BridgePay is a service offered by Cricket that allows customers to split their monthly service charge into two separate payments.
Customers can set up BridgePay within 7 days before or after the start of their billing cycle, and will have an additional 7 days to make the second payment.
How to Setup
To set up BridgePay, customers can visit a Cricket store or call 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538) and follow the prompts. Currently, BridgePay set up is not available online.
Customers can make the second BridgePay payment online by logging into My Account or through the myCricket app. Once logged in, a message at the top of the page will direct the user to make the payment. The second payment can also be made using Quick Pay on the website if the customer is aware of the amount owed.
Other options for making the second BridgePay payment include visiting a Cricket store or using the voice prompts at 1-800-274-2538.
Unlock the power of BridgePay and pay just a one-time fee of $5 for a single-line account or $10 for a multi-line account, plus your minimum payment due for each line on your account. Plus, if you make a payment with the help of a Cricket Support representative or using the Automated Phone System, an additional $4 fee applies

- If you make your first BridgePay payment before your due date, your second payment is due seven days after the start of your new billing cycle.
- If you make your first payment after your due date, your second payment is due seven days after the start of your new billing cycle.
